Artist Bio: Neil Welch
Neil a self taught sculptor, left school with A grades in art, joined the props department of the award winning theatre in the round – The Victoria - in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, England and began learning sculpture and set design.
Later Neil was invited to join Wedgwood as an in-house sculptor, following them seeing some of his designs.
Working as a freelance artist since 2000, Neil specializes in bronze sculptures of nudes.
