I am a consumer, how do I buy from you?
Being a wholesaler we don’t sell direct to the public. However – please use our stockist finder function to find a store near you for the brands you're looking for. Alternatively, call us on 1300 881 940 to speak with our friendly customer care team to assist you.

I am a retailer, how do I buy from you?

Retailers can buy from Jasnor Australia by becoming a registered stockist - click through to our Become a stockist page and step through the application process. We’ll then assess your suitability and respond within 48 hours.

We cater to retailer trade buyers, category buyers, grocery and major department store buyers, as well as independent retail customers and online retailers. Jasnor is home to many global licensed brands with exclusive distribution rights for popular characters across much loved brands such as Disney, Stitch, Pusheen, Paddington Bear, The World of Eric Carle, Beatrix Potter, Barbie, Hot Wheels, and many more.

Shipping & Delivery

How will my order be sent to me?
For our Australian customers, we use Startrack. For some remote locations, we may use a different service. For our NZ customers, your orders will be delivered by NZ Post.

How do you calculate freight?

Freight is calculated based on the cubic measurement of the packaged goods. This ensures accurate pricing for the space your order occupies. For bulk goods, special rates may apply due to their larger volume. Our team carefully measures and calculates freight costs before dispatch to provide you with the best possible shipping options. Freight is also dependent on the proximity to our warehouse in Oakleigh South, Victoria. Returns & Credits

Something arrived damaged in my order!

We apologise if something arrived damaged in your order. Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details and photos of the damaged items. We will assess the situation promptly and arrange for a replacement or credit as needed. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

What are your standard terms?
Our standard terms specify that payment should be received within 30 days from the invoice date.

How can I settle my account balance?

You can settle your account balance using various payment methods. We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.

  • Credit card payments - simply provide your card details when prompted. VISA or Mastercard credit card payments. These options can be actioned via our website when logged into your account or you can provide your payment details over the phone with our customer care team on 1300 881 940.
  • Bank transfers, use the account details provided on your invoice (located at the bottome of the page in the last section of your invoice).

Sales & Trade Fairs

Do you have a minimum opening order?
Yes, we do have a minimum opening order requirement. This ensures that we can efficiently manage our inventory and provide you with the best service. Our minimum opening order for new customers is $400 ex GST with subsequent orders being a minimum spend of $300 ex GST and a minimum spend of $150 ex GST for all back orders to be sent.
