Introducing handcrafted figurines inspired by Peggy Fortnum's beloved illustrations.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of a brand-new collection of Paddington figurines by the English Ladies Co., designed to captivate and delight your customers of all ages. These charming figurines, made from the finest china, are entirely handmade and hand-painted, ensuring each piece is a unique work of art. Inspired by the beloved illustrations of Paddington’s first artist, Peggy Fortnum, these Paddington figurines capture the essence of the world’s most loved, iconic character, bringing him to life in the highest quality and attention to detail.

Jasnor is introducing a collection of 5 figurines in the first release. There are 4 petite figures standing 16.5cm tall, that are designed either in a bold colourway or a contemporary 2D, monochrome style. Each petite figurine features Paddington in his classic duffle coat and bucket hat, clutching his trusty suitcase ‘in case of emergencies’.

The first design of the petite Paddington figurines is called ‘Please look after this bear’ – the message, taken from Micheal Bond’s stories, is inscribed along the base where Paddington stands, along with classic motifs and icons of his newly found London home town.

The second design features Paddington holding a big bunch of vibrant flowers, named ‘Love from Paddington’ and follows the same pattern along the base of the figurines, upon which Paddington stands tall. The craftsmanship behind these pieces is truly exceptional, remarkably conveying Peggy Fortnum’s illustrative style onto the ceramic model.

Lastly, Jasnor is introducing a large size Paddington figurine, completed in earthenware, with the same handmade and hand-painted finish as the other products in the range. Standing 25.5cm tall, this large size Paddington figurine makes a wonderful statement for any table or windowsill etc. Holding both his trusty suitcase and bold bunch of flowers, this Paddington piece brightens any room, for generations to enjoy time and again.

Brand new Edge Sculptures arriving into stock in November- introducing the Tree Frog figure and Koala & Joey bust!

Coming from a land down under, presenting this adorable Koala and Joey pair. This Edge Bust is a superb sculpture of the Australian marsupials by Matt Buckley from the Edgecontemporary sculpture collection. We are so excited to welcome our newest friend Kiya to the Play School family. Kiya from Noongar country, which is located in the southern corner of Western Australia, in her native language, Kiya means “hello”.

James has been with our business for 12 years, most recently as Jasnor’s Sales & Marketing Director managing our licencing partnerships, product development, major retailers and our marketing team. His professionalism, business development acumen and keen eye for spotting successful opportunities locally and abroad placed him in good stead for acquiring this exciting new role.

His solid contribution and commitment within Jasnor’s team has not only seen our business win industry awards and grow but also diversify into new product categories and formats solidifying our position in the Australian market as a company and being recognised within our industry.
